Paula Rossi is a physiotherapist and personal trainer based in Melbourne with over 10 years of experience in movement, recovery, and wellness. She combines evidence-based physiotherapy with a holistic approach to help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy an active lifestyle.
Originally trained as a physiotherapist in Chile, Paula has worked across diverse areas of musculoskeletal health, sports, and wellbeing. Her practice focuses on hands-on treatment, functional exercise, and education to support long-term recovery and prevention.
Outside of her clinical work, Paula is the Director of Victoria Beach Tennis, leading beach tennis programs that nurture players from grassroots to professional pathways. Whether you’re trying beach tennis for the first time or training for competition, there’s a program for every level.

Comprehensive treatment for musculoskeletal ((MSK) conditions. An evidence-based and trauma-informed session designed for individuals experiencing MSK pain or injury. The initial assessment takes into account physical, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors that may influence your condition and recovery.
Treatment may include hands-on techniques, therapeutic and breathing exercises, and education. Advanced tools such as dry needling, cupping therapy, kinesiotaping, and muscle scraping (additional fees may apply) may be used to support healing and function.
This approach is ideal for conditions like low back pain, sciatica, tendinitis, ankle sprains, and more—helping you reduce pain, improve movement, and build long-term resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you're a beginner or a regular player, our group sessions and coaching will help you improve your game and your fitness. Our Remedial Massage and Sports Recovery services focus on soft tissue treatment using deep tissue techniques and stretching to restore function and prevent injuries caused by overuse, overload, or overtraining. This service is perfect for easing discomfort from daily activities like work, domestic tasks, or training. You’ll also receive advice on ergonomics, self-care, and strategies to prevent injury, whether at work or during competition.
This session is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress, and be present in the moment. Using light pressure, long, smooth strokes, and guided breathing exercises, we aim to calm your nervous system in a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect way to restore your energy and leave you feeling lighter. Pregnancy Massage can also be included in this session to alleviate discomfort during pregnancy. Additionally, for a more profound experience, you can add Hot Stones and Gua Sha (additional fees apply), which enhance relaxation and relieve tension.
