Paula Rossi is a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist with a passion for Physical Activity and Wellness. With a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaíso in Chile, Paula has been actively involved in the field for over 10 years.
She furthered her expertise by completing a Diploma of Physiotherapy in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and a Master's Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Additionally, she has undergone training in the International Method of Motor Control and Stabilization known as Kinetic Control.
Paula follows a Biopsychosocial approach in her practice, recognizing the essential role of regular physical activity in overall health. Paula's approach also extends to inclusivity, as she works with specific populations such as individuals with disabilities (NDIS), the elderly (Home Care Package), and the LGBTQIA+ community. Tailoring her services to meet their unique needs, she not only encourages physical activity but also provides comprehensive treatment and education, ensuring her clients understand the specifics of their conditions and acquire the necessary resources to effectively manage them.
Additionally, she recognizes that exercise and massage extend their benefits beyond the physical, positively impacting mental, emotional, and social aspects of wellness.
Besides work, Paula maintains an active lifestyle. She has played competitive soccer and futsal in both Chile and Australia, demonstrating her love and commitment to the sport. Furthermore, Paula actively manages and runs Victoria Beach Tennis and Rainbow Beach Tennis in Melbourne, combining her passion for sports with community engagement.
